The LGIA met with Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel on Saturday, August 12th to present concerns about water levels of Lake Gogebic relating to the management of Bergland Dam.

The meeting with the Attorney General was a constructive initial step with the goal of introducing our concerns to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to reassess the allowable lower and upper lake level limits of Lake Gogebic.
